WHAT ARE YOU CANNING TODAY?

No, I pressure canned them in my Presto. 👍🏻 I’m assuming the water turned orange from siphoning. (If that’s the correct term.)

Only takes it happening to one freaking jar and I'm cleaning tuna oil off everything with vinegar once fully cool. It happens
 
If seal and looks are good they shouldn't be dangerous. Quality is lost over time. Fruits lose their flavor. Even jams where sugar is added that helps preserve the flavor.
Agree completely. Might lose some flavor or texture, but @Hinotori is right.

The fruits might do well to eat if you put them in something like a cobbler where you expect the fruit to be soft and you can spice them up.
 
We have canned peaches, apppes, onions, and more in our basement that have been there for 14 years but where canned years before that in the 90’s are they still good? Can we eat ‘em?

after a few years i'd not eat them, they still might be safe and ok to eat but they just won't likely have very good taste or much in the way of nutrients left. dump 'em on the compost pile, clean the jars and reuse them.

also, the cost of one item being off and toxic far outweighs any positive (especially anything that is not acidic) - read up on botulism poisoning and don't mess with things that might not be safe.
 
Half the chicken cubed up (20 pounds). Waiting for the dishwasher to finish with the jars.
