Agree completely. Might lose some flavor or texture, but @Hinotori is right.If seal and looks are good they shouldn't be dangerous. Quality is lost over time. Fruits lose their flavor. Even jams where sugar is added that helps preserve the flavor.
We have canned peaches, apppes, onions, and more in our basement that have been there for 14 years but where canned years before that in the 90’s are they still good? Can we eat ‘em?
