14 wide mouth pints of chicken in the canner. This new burner is a beast. 14 pints on the counter, ready to go in next. Have about 6 pints worth of chicken left. May just vacuum seal and freeze

Cubed up the chicken, 1/4 tsp salt per jar, fill with a little boiling water.

Easy peasy
