Sausage/chicken gumbo with onions and okra from the garden and chicken that I'd previously canned. It was pretty yummy if I do say so myself.
Me too! We're going to smoke a big ol' pork shoulder today. I'm sure we'll get tired of it ater a few days so I'll probably can or freeze about half of it tomorrow. Even half will last the two of us awhile.We are grilling up a bunch of meat this weekend
