chopped cabbage and carrots with Western dressing on it, along with sunflower seeds and some dried cranberries. i like that it takes me a good long time to eat it because it is so crunchy. it works very well for my evening meal. i wish i could store two large bags of the chopped cabbage mix for longer but it tends to start fermenting and smelling up the fridge and so last time we went to the store i limited us to buying just one bag. i much prefer this to lettuce so Mom can have her romaine salads and i can eat the cabbage instead (it's probably half the price of the lettuce).
