We made subs. Bought some interesting meats at the charcuterie place. I've finally met a salami I actually like. Apparently I just don't like the cheap, mass produced ones.

today's brunch was a chopped up tomato with some crunchy bacon bits and miracle whip. not quite a BLT but close enough for me.

I worked a long, all day job. A decision was made -- a frozen personal pan pizza and a Bud light came home with me. . Consumed and slept well. Some days you indulge and forgive yourself.

Sounds like an amazing dinner @Mini Horses. I find in my older age I don't eat much for dinner but eat a much larger mid day meal.
