Like u have trigger finger. My wife had that and got a shot and it helped alot. Made it back to normal

The tendon reattachment surgery meant I wasnt allowed to straighten for 6 weeks. Looking at joint measurements over several months, can see the constriction worsening over time. Doctor said it's likely scar tissue adhering the tendon to the bone. Needs cleaned out. She thinks it should only take an hour.

I go in Monday for it. Can't use until Thursday when she looks at it again. Start occupational therapy right away. I already know most of what I need to do and can start much of it as soon as cleared

Cooking the ham from freezer. Meals for few days, sandwiches, finally a pot of beans. Multi use chunk of meat. Ahhhhh...after beans, bone to DS dog. How's that for "use it all" :lol:

Lots of sides. Thinking I'll dump a at of my canned baked beans in a dish to baked with ham, taters will go in too. Easy on the cook day!
