Like u have trigger finger. My wife had that and got a shot and it helped alot. Made it back to normal

The tendon reattachment surgery meant I wasnt allowed to straighten for 6 weeks. Looking at joint measurements over several months, can see the constriction worsening over time. Doctor said it's likely scar tissue adhering the tendon to the bone. Needs cleaned out. She thinks it should only take an hour.
I go in Monday for it. Can't use until Thursday when she looks at it again. Start occupational therapy right away. I already know most of what I need to do and can start much of it as soon as cleared

,We had prime tri tips from Costco. So good!!!! Baked pots and broccoli for sides. Always a salad.

Cooking the ham from freezer. Meals for few days, sandwiches, finally a pot of beans. Multi use chunk of meat. Ahhhhh...after beans, bone to DS dog. How's that for "use it all" 
Lots of sides. Thinking I'll dump a at of my canned baked beans in a dish to baked with ham, taters will go in too. Easy on the cook day!

pre-cooked beans are very versatile. this morning i took some and squirted some ketchup on them, added some apricot jam and some crumbled bacon bits. microwaved to heat up, stirred to get it all mixed well and then put a bit of hot sauce on top.
i've just opened up a bottle of Huy Fong sriracha sauce that i got last week and it's been so nice to have it on hand again after not having any for the past year and a half. they had a few bottles on the shelf at WM when we walked by so i snagged one, back to a more reasonable price and available. the taste is what i expect and enjoy - even if i've also enjoyed the several alternatives too it is good to be back...
