IT Crowd is awesome. My sister got the DVDs from Netflix on a whim and she has been telling everyone how funny it is. I trusted her so just bought the DVDs.

I laugh so darn hard at that show.

I am like what you would get if you took a child of Roy and Jen and had it raised by Noel.
Okay you two, I just finished watching Episode 2 of Season 3. I sat through every episode up through that one. Oh my goodness, I was laughing my rear off - so much that when I came upstairs, the wife and eldest asked what I was watching, because they haven't heard me laugh that hard in a long time at a show.

I see so many quirks of myself and my buddies in there.

THANKS FOR SHARING THIS!!!

Thanks AL :) I have a love-hate relationship with sewing. Sewing is like my abusive boyfriend I just can't get enough of. :gig

John, lol. I didn't do nuttin!!! Fun and entertaining??? Auntie, am I fun or entertaining???

I had dance class and my dress was a hit :D I am hoping to get some pics tomorrow. My mom is learning her camera so I'll bring all the outfits and give her practice. heh.

Jamie, I haven't laughed so hard in a long time either. That show is dead on.

I found a pomegranate syrup whose only ingredient is pomegranate. I made a srirachi beef dish with it.

I have no clue how much of anything... but there was some nut oil, shoyu, rice vinegar, pomegranate syrup, and srirachi. And after I sauteed the beef in it, I added onions sauteed ALMOST to the point of not being firm anymore. Then I cooked it all together til the onions were just getting soft and dumped all the liquid into a pot and boiled it down and poured it back over the beef and onion and added green beans.

Oh! And some beef stock.

:D

You are fun and entertaining mostly because you say what you feel!

Oh don't do that Abi - then you'd be too much like the rest of us. We say what everyone else wants to hear instead of how we really feel. Although I'm rapidly approaching the age when I can say just about anything and people just nod 'cause they think I'm a doddering old fool.
I think I might be able to have some fun finally.

WZ -
That helps me understand much better. :D

Roy: Did you just Google that? Moss: (hanging head) yes....

I'm not cool enough to be Roy, but I'm not quite Moss, either, somewhere in between. :)

LOL

Yes, finding an equivalent in the IT Crowd world for me was hard. Because I am not as tech savvy as Roy, but not as clueless as Jen...but I have been a supervisor in charge of a herd of nerds :D

On the Big Bang Theory continuum, I am part Penny and part Leonard :D. Abi is Sheldon in drag :gig

bazinga!

I think I'm Raj....:hide

I've been the nerd and the herder of nerds. Being the herdee is definitely more fun. At one job, we actually convinced our boss (male version of Jen) that downloading a networked flight simulator/combat game would stress test the server/network and give us good tehnical troubleshooting skills while we got it up and running (wouldn't cost the company any $$$$, because it was all free and we would get training). We got away with it for three months. "Can we meet at 3pm today?...Nope big stress test with 12 power users")

I did once ask a boss if he wanted me to make the new data base Mauve because that uses less ram (totally stolen from Dilbert :D).
