From NT:

Mix together the following:

1 1/2 cup ground mustard
1/2 cup filtered water
2 T whey
2 t sea salt
juice of 1 lemon
2 cloves garlic, mashed (optional)
1 T honey (optional)
2 T whole mustard seeds (optional)

Can add more water to get the right consistency.

Place in a pint sized jar with 1" headspace. Cover tightly and keep at room temp for 3 days before placing in fridge.

I made a half batch since I don't use copious amounts of mustard.

I asked for that cookbook for that special day last week. We'll see if I get it any time soon.

People can self-publish on Amazon now on Kindle books, have you seen that? The new ones are supposed to be in color which would really help with a cookbook. But you get a straight 30 percent of the proceeds, and decide yourself what the price of your book is.

It's more an issue of actually doing the writing.

Some days, I forget what and who I am and then I can't really think straight through to remember anything.

I can't even remember the questions I wanted to google to get sites for Niece the Elder's history lessons.

*sighs*

Also, I hate writing. It's worse than sewing.
