I still haven't gotten baby bunny pictures, but I did get a full head count.
My brown doe had 7. :)
My white and brown doe had 10!!!!! :D
The babies appear to be a mix of different colors. It will be fun to watch that develop.

All seem healthy and active. They are snug in the garage away from wind and down in boxes lined with straw and fur. Many people raise rabbits in outside hutches, but we've had nights in the single digits, so I'm happy they are inside.

Mothers are doing well and scarf up all the greens and carrots I offer. Both mommies are first-timers.

I picked up a pair of chocolate colored mini Rexes on Saturday. The boy may have been neutered. :( So I won't be keeping him.

I have a cold and a leaky pipe in my basement, but I'm holding in there. :/

I have a piggie! :D See Bacon on QA's journal.

Here are some bunny pictures. I can't believe how fast they grow! :ep

First is Bonnie, her nest of 7, and one of her babies in my hand. She has 4 that look like her and 3 that look like daddy who is white and brown.

Then there is Flower, her nest of 10, and one of her babies. She has a mix of colors in there from blond to broken brown and white to a brindle to all brown.

Oh wow! Baby bunnies are HUGE! I've never had a rabbit litter before (well, they were all free-range), and I'm used to baby mice, rats, fish and quail. They're all tiny, especially compared to monster sized rabbit babies, lol.
