Karen why don't you just load up your trailer and go park it down the road on that other property you used to farm. Then when you get the urge you can camp whenever you want?
Wait---UH---Hmmm---WHO ARE YOU!!!!

cause my hubby Tony said he wanted to do that!

Our hog processor Kevin is our friend too and we meet in sometimes at the beach and we hang out.....well, Tony wanted to invite all the camper friends to our hay field, to have a party for the weekend. I told him he was nuts....HA HA

I am not packing and unpacking a camper etc to drive 1 mile to the hay field...nah, ain't happening! :)

thank you Bethanial

I bookmarked that park and will be checking into it....if the drive is not too far I could drive the truck and our bass boat and Tony could haul the trailer...hmm...camping and boating sounds like a great time!

I love waterfront camping, just so nice!

been a few years since you camped there---well, now you get out there this summer and enjoy a nice weekend camp!!!! :)

That's funny!!! Totally sounds like a blast. A wagon train circle of rigs with a campfire in the middle. It's a state of mind. Doesn't matter where you are. It's who your with. Set up the BBQ, horse shoes, get out the Bocce Balls and your good to go.

Hey think of the money you would save in fuel. And you could go home and check the goats.

hey I'm easy!!

well since the one barn and a 14 acre pasture is across from my hay field, I guess I could bring the goats and then wouldn't have to go home

my neighbor down the road has a small TT and they go to Cross Country. Very small cg with a pool....for the weekend. It is 6 miles from the house. I told Tony I just can't pay for cg that is in my backyard. I gotta get at least 2 hrs from the house or my mind would explode :p I need a change of scenery when I camp, not something I see all the time :D

You and Tony would get along great

Welcome - and I'd LOVE to, but see, well, the ex kept all the camping gear :/ and my current financial status doesn't allow for me to buy more to replace it - YET.
