No real significance to the colors other than that white is traditionally worn to church on Sunday and black is for the actual burial service on Monday and all of the traditional presentations that are made to the family of the deceased. There is a lot of food and all the unmarried girls will be serving, cleaning up and pretty much anything else that needs done. There are no specific outfits that are worn for weddings, but a Samoan wedding is one huge party!SSDreamin said:How interesting! What is the significance of each of the colors?
