I am still under the covers, DH had to work so I know he built up the fire at 3 am. I do not want to go out and do chores. Our high today is supposed to be -3 but feel like -teens all day.

It did only drop to 19 here, so I cant complain.
I am just telling myself, one thing at a time, in my head I am in the month of March hahahaha with all the garden / coop / Medicinal herb bed/ planning ,

Rains coming by noon, freeze tonight, right now it's 74 degrees. Guess I'd better get off the computer and git myself outside and prepare for a freeze. Blech.

Happy New year to all. Went to bed around 10 to get up at 3 and leave to go to test a farm.... milking at 5. Did that, came home, let the chickens out into the greenhouse shelter and made myself some bacon and eggs for breakfast. RAINING.... thank you lord very much..... 50's but temps will be down to the 30's for the day time temps on Monday. Going in to wash all the cow manure/iodine smell out of my hair and be clean for a day or 2. Inside work to do today.

We are also at 50 degrees but man the water is crazy. Stated raining last night still coming down. Wife's crazy quackers are swimming around in mud puddles.
