Morning. We are cold actual temp is -21 deg F. I hope the chickens did well, 1st winter for them, welcome to reality! Thankful I hauled wood yesterday.

Back to 29 above tomorrow, almost a full 50 degree difference-crazy.

we are back up on the high 30's and 40's, rain and with rapid snow melt....... coastal flooding and a wind storm--so power my go out again

The year I first got white Leghorns 2018, I HAD gone in to get the Black Copper Marans that WERE suppose to be there. Well they didnt come in, so I got White Leghorns.

Well, I am a bit late again, if I had thought of this Dec. 1st I would have been able to get some but as brain dean as I have been,,, I didnt even think of it.
Well yesterday I was looking at the new hatchery book that came in an DUH!!!!!!

I went on line and looked up the copper marans,, yep all gone for the year--

BUT WAIT!!!
There are Cuckoo Marans!!! :wee:wee
and so, I got some!!!!! For April 11th
