I clipped the barb wire to the t-posts today I'm about 1/2 finished with the 5 acre pasture. The cemented in wood posts are tight now. It's time to cut and tie off the wires for gate openings and hang gates.

Here's Brisket, rain cleaned him right up. I like his shiny coat, it's a sign of good health 👍

Here we have the copter training flights.
There used to be a Air National Guard unit with C130s just to the east of us. Loved to sit out in the evenings, watching them make their practice cargo drop runs over the base

Nothing quite that interesting here. A neighbor has an outdoor shooting range because he used to test guns/ammo and write articles for Guns & Ammo magazine. I haven't heard that for a long time, IDK if he does it at all anymore.

Every so often the military guys have someone fly all the way down here (a few hundred miles from their base) to practice touch downs and take offs at our airport.

The town airport has a huge, super long, easy to navigate runway... and our airport is so tiny... very few flights... so they can spend hours going down and up... circle around... down and up.... circle around....
