Mashed potatoes! I used leftover potatoes last night to make potato patties. 2 heaping tablespoons of flour, 2eggs, 1 medium onion, chopped, and drop by spoonful in hot oil. I was going to heat up leftover beef roast too, but didn’t. I just chowed down on potato patties. Lol

Coffee is ready, going to go get a cup.
I have never been able to make good potato pancakes,,, and I so love them,, I'll try your recipe

I've created monsters. My two kitty cats (jack and thunder) who I didn't get to name by the way, are cry kitties. They scratch and cry at the door to the cave because they know I'm in here. But ofcourse I'm conserned for there well being... And I enjoy their company. But what to do with these cry kitties? I can't have the purring on my lap all day. I got things that need doing.

I guess I got gunnies now too, where did they come from? 🤔 They sound like finger nails scratching on a chalkboard.

I honestly do not know... They are hanging around the hay rounds.

well, if you walk towards them with a feed bucket and they come running then you know they're not wild. if they move away then they probably are. still, interesting creatures, i'd not seen pictures of them recently. we have pheasants around here and they are usually wild, same as the turkeys that wander around.

Best tick control ever. They are native to Africa. Not really friendly birds, even when hand raised. My grandmother always had a few. Great grandmother had peafowl. Their calls can be unnerving and are why hubby won't let me get any. Guineafowl were an "if you want".
