Good Morning Y'all!!!!
Last week FH had to work a couple nights and on top of that we were both sick with allergy attacks and the air quality was poor on top of that so it didn't help. I have a slight cough now but am on the mend.
On SUNDAY we did a BIG cookout. The following was on the menu: Bacon wrapped chicken breast bites (Dirty Bird Bites); Bacon wrapped Boston Butt Bites; Smoked Honey Glazed Ham; "Apple Pie" SMOKED Baked Beans, Regular SMOKED Baked Beans; Mac Salad; Hamburgers, Hot Dogs. A guest bought DEVILED EGGS, another guest bought SHRIMP BROIL and HOMEMADE (from scratch) CORN BREAD. For dessert there was CUPCAKES. Drinks was SODA, WATER and ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
We're going to be doing another cookout sometime in JULY or maybe AUGUST. Not sure which one yet seeing how I tried to bring it up to FH last night and all he would say is "I haven't decided when the next one is yet". All I know as of now is it's going to be on a Saturday instead of a Sunday so we can do a fire and S'mores later on. Yup, I have no part in the planning process, I just end up being "prep cook", "dishwasher", "set up/tear down crew" and "janitor".
Just to report my coffee pot is empty right now.

Thanks for the empty pot of coffee! Good thing I made my own. Some leftovers of all that smoked food would be nice….. or even just pictures to drool over!

I opened the blinds this morning and saw a white ewe with a chocolate brown lamb, up and nursing. Put on rubber boots , let dogs, Cooper and girls out on the field and went to see the new lamb.

Mom is Rainbow, daughter of Lucy and Ringo, granddaughter of Miranda and black head Dorper. Rainbow was bred to Cooper. Lamb is a chocolate ewe with a white spot on both sides, white tip on her tail and a white star on her head. Second generation recordable.
Cooper does throw some color! I’ve asked his previous owner if the lamb will keep this color or will it fade.

Sorry @baymule almost all the leftovers are gone and the only one that took pics was FH who hasn't sent them to me yet. The next time we do a cookout/BBQ I'll make sure I get my own pics.
By the time everyone got here I was exhausted (had been up since 2:30AM even though I didn't start the prep work until 3:45AM) and my back, feet was screaming in pain that I was just hoping they would grab something to eat then leave but that didn't happen
