I've dug and picked a couple of wagon fulls of Thistle. I kept thinking with their nice flower and actual good uses, that I should put them for sale on face book or whatever is trending now. I just need to put some words after it, like farm fresh, non gmo, all natural, "organic" and whatever else is going now. Then I can sell it by the ounce, they'll think it's great because it cost so much. The more woke/yuppy they are the more they'll pay.;)
I can also have the fresh dig/pick your own at a discount, for all the neighbors.
Maybe I should list my country kitties as "free range"

so with all that , that was on my list of things that need done
I did vacuum, cleaned the kitchen, got the soaker hoses going, and then..........
๐Ÿ‘ฉโ€๐ŸŒพI worked on hauling wood chips up from our neighbors sawmill, one big wheelbarrow at a time, a 4ish/5 min walk I laid it down thick.
I still need 6 to 8 more.
I am not going to put woodchips where the flock dust bathes. I think I'll DH to cut me 3 poles to edge the dust bath area. I keep poles around the edge due to for some reason the chickens were wanting to take a dust bath right up next to the 2x4 and they were digging to deep.

Yeah...chicken is pretty versatile!! At night, they're downright "dead", so very easy prey. Fox run faster than chickens...I've seen one jump and catch one as it tried to fly away ๐Ÿ˜ณ. And everyone loves eggs!!!

@Grandmas Porch that's a load in those big wheelbarrows. ๐Ÿ˜ตโ€๐Ÿ’ซ. Ya did good! ๐Ÿ‘

Coffee time is about over. Need to get morning chores wrapped up, then get ready & go to work for a few hrs.:frow
