Loved it.
I know it's coming on summer and it's hot down where bay is. But it ain't that hot here. I took a pic and can't get it to the computer. Day before Yesterday I left a cheapo lighter in the farm truck in the cup holder. Yesterday I get in to go get another tub of water. I wonder why??? is this lighter in my seat and why is it busted. Apparently it exploded and it barely got to 90. 90 outside in the shade, maybe a little warmer in the cab.
Just a reminder don't leave kids or pets in the car. I hate that commercial.

It can get 20 degrees warmer in the cab of a truck or a car in the shade in less than 30 minutes... Lucky that it just exploded and didn't ignite

Wow, y'all. Coffee makes you talk a lot! I'm caught up on the gossip now.

@farmerjan hay crop is rough in WI too. First cutting got done, but now everything that's not irrigated is dying off. IDK if we'll be able to get a second cut this year. It's not looking good right now.

all i can do is think of how fortunate i am to have electricity and a well that works (for a while it wasn't working and i was worried, but we got through that) as i sure would not want to be trying to do all these gardens by a hand pump well or buckets and sprinkling cans.

the lone rabbit is very skinny.

in the elder times a spring like this would have fried everything and no gardens of substance.

Spent Saturday morning watching the winter crop of squirrel youngins playing in the backyard. 6 of them. Mama is cleaning out the tree cavity nest and stocking with fresh leaves. Litter #2 of the year is coming!

Our weather guessers are at least being partially truthful. They flat out said - ain't no rain! No chances of any wetness until mid-week when we have a tiny 20% chance of rain for that one day. Nothing before then - nothing after then for quite some time.
