It is cooler up here... a few leaves have changed to red.

Well I now have cut resistant sleeves to go with cut resistant gloves and hubby wants me wearing them if I'm using the billhook.

Coffee is ready! I’m staining the boards on the front porch this morning.

They are growing... You are getting quite a herd.... How soon do you butcher one for the freezer? What will you do with the other 2?

I've enjoyed some lower summer temps the past week....lovely really. 50-62 nights, 75-85 days. Alas, this week back into low 90 days. Won't last long & we will see 80s again. Fall cometh.

I could love last week weather all year!

They baled hay across the street yesterday. At least 1k bales. Another section that size will get done today or tomorrow. He's had a good year. But only 2 cuts. Last year 3. That month of heat & no rain did it.
