Son stopped in town after work. Got us some water, milk, and eggs. Shelves are bare. This is nuts

Wife went shopping for her mom yesterday. There was a 3 package of meat limit. She bought a big package of pork chops and two steaks.

Small town <2000 people, three stores. Empty by early afternoon. Local walmarts and large chain groceries 20 minutes away are hit and miss.

Hubby says there is a federal law that price gouging is not allowed during times of crisis. Huh. that one is not being enforced. I saw bleach at over $6/G.
