Gotta be sliced with ridges.

My niece's (technically my wife's niece) son really likes the real stuff. He's about 8 years old and yesterday he got a bowl of the relish for himself. He said it needed just a little bit more sugar, not too much and he identified the orange peel. He likes it with rolls. He is turning into a connoisseur.

He is also my chicken processing buddy.

start them young on the good food and they eat well the rest of their lives! smart!

ridges from the can mean you can slice straight lines, it is stragetically ridged to help people cut a decent slice..HA HA HA HA

When I ran to the store today dac, the lady in the produce section was telling me all about the cranberry relish she makes. I promised her I would try it.. She said something like, a bag of cranberries, and orange some sugar, some spices and a touch of salt.

Will I be lambasted and shunned if I admit that I eat cranberry sauce out of a can?

That's just what I grew up having.

It's comforting to eat what I grew up with.

I've never eaten real cranberry sauce :ep

I'm open to making it someday.

Happy Thanksgiving Dacs and everyone else!! :hugs

(and I haven't been on this forum in a while...I thought your thread would be a good place to land for a bit. It will take me a while to read all of it though)
You can come over to my house for canned cranberry sauce Okiemommy. That is my preferred type, LOL. SO THERE DAC...:D
I not only prefer canned cranberry sauce, I like the jellied kind, not whole berry AND I serve it (family tradition) on a plate in the shape of the can!!!

I'm too disgusted to even make a coherent comment.

Worker trampled to death at Walmart and 2 kill each other at Toys-R-Us.

What is wrong with our society. People are so greedy and that includes Corporate America. It isn't just the shoppers, it is also business trying to separate us from our money.
