Thanks, it doesn't seem to be. I didn't tell hubby. He would have flipped. He's already not happy that I have it set so it doesn't turn off when I get off the seat. But quite honestly, w/what I'm using it for, that would be a pain!

I'm really enjoying my camera. So, here's some more pics for your viewing pleasure.

Went for a walk at the nature center yesterday. I wasn't sure I got this pic until I got home. And, you have to look real close. But, this is not just a pic of some leaves. If you look close in the center, you can see a spring peeper. I wish I knew how to zoom in and then post it.

There used to be a bunch of summer type homes there until the county took over the property. I don't recall now how they got it. But, it's not unusual to see plants out there that you know aren't native to the area. This is a typical view at this time of the year.

Found this this morning. Rather than picking it, I decided to leave it. I find em all the time, so it's not a big deal for me.

It's too early for this, but it does look pretty. I just hope we don't get a freeze in the next month or so. I just wasn't quite centered on this one, it can be kinda hard to see the screen during the day.

Great pic's Deb!

I used to know a guy that lost part of his foot when his mower ran over it - those things can be evil! Rest up, and good job on the field :thumbsup

Is the last a peach tree? I had a teacher who was killed when she was knocked off the tractor while doing hay. I was almost flipped off backwards off a huge international mowing hay going under a tree branch. It hung on the exhaust stack and then flew back and almost hit me. I dodged it is the only reason it didn't. Since then I've been kinda nervous around tractors. Too many thongs can go wrong to be out on one alone!

Yeah, the last 2 pics are from a peach tree. I was riding home and noticed an orchard in full bloom. So, I stopped to take some pics.

I'm still feeling sore today, so I didn't get as much done as I had planned on doing. I decided NOT to work on the fence today. I just wasn't up to it. I did manage to pick up all the new manure! And, I don't thing the cart was even half full! So, I went into Honey's stall, and filled it the rest of the way. Then, I got the tractor, and pushed all the manure into a pile. So, Mt. Manure lives again!

It was HOT today. I had a reading of 87.4 at my house! It's just too early for that. And, the only thing I had that I could have for lunch needed to be cooked. So, I made a fire, and made my lunch. But, I DIDN'T sit close to the fire while cooking! But, I did roast some marshmallows. If it hadn't been so hot out, I would have made smores. :hide

I had the hay guy coming today. He was supposed to be there at 5:00. He had to work late, so he didn't get there until 6:00. So, I spent some time digging dock out of my field. And, he only charged me for 4 instead of 5! Plus, he has at least 1 more, if not more. So, I may not have to worry about going to the hay auction until May!

Finally got home and fed the goats. Then, I checked in my green house. I finally have a plant coming up, a pepper!

Now, I'm tired and sore. I have ice on my knee and am sitting back eating pizza and watching Monk.

That's funny Deb. Of the plants I've started, the peppers are the only ones that haven't sprouted. :p Take care of that knee! :hugs

And, I'm still sore today so I didn't get much done.

DS has my hubby's SUV, so only have the truck. Right now, I don't even have my bike. It needs a new tire on the back. The one is so bad, it's not even safe anymore! :hit Hubby wanted to look at something at the farm, so he went w/me to feed. I fed, he checked out what he needed to do, and we left. We ran some errands, and ended up at a motorcycle store. They don't have my tire, but they're getting it in! It's a better tire than what's on there now, and it's costing us LESS than the last time I got a new tire. I told hubby the last guy was too expensive, but he didn't listen to me. :rant So, I'll have a new tire on my bike sometime next week.

Once we had all the errands done, we went back to the farm. I gave Storm his 2nd feeding, checked for eggs, cleaned the litter box, fed the cats and left. Came home and fed the goats and bunnies, and checked in my green house. I have peppers coming up! Plus, I found a couple of really old broccoli seed packs. I honestly didn't think they'd sprout, but planted them anyway. Well, I have a bunch of baby broccolis coming up! :celebrate I'll probably have way more than I need.

Hubby was going to work on the chicken coop this weekend, but they're calling for rain. So, all we did was put up a metal frame work and cover that w/a tarp. He didn't want what he did get done to get soaked. Hopefully, he'll be able to work on it soon. I really want to get it out to the farm, and get my guys penned up-at least until they're used to going in there. I still don't know if Penny's laying and hiding her eggs or what and I much prefer to get eggs than to have them go to waste. :/
