DW is super busy today. Had a flat tire and we found out she has the wrong tires by spec on her van, which explains some issues we've been having. If the tire can't be patched, it'll be 4 new ones.

Soooo, when she gets home tonight, she'll have dinner waiting for her:

Small salad. (I may make fried mozarella sticks?)

Beef roast (in the oven, covered with onions and pickled garlic, dressed with carrots, celery, and potatoes.)

Potato rolls (dough rising on the warm stove top right now)

From the Black Bean Chocolate Cake recipe thread, a cake cooling in the kitchen.

With all the blah-blah weather, I feel super productive right now!!!!

I'm coming to eat with you!!!!

Come on up! I'll throw a few extra cheese sticks in the deep fryer!!!!!

I'll be there too! That's my kind of dinner. (Except the cheese sticks. I prefer to just eat them. I like to peel the cheese off. )
