I want to laugh Abi, but that is really sad! :( Gosh! Your younger sister has high cholesterol?! What is she 25?? Wow. That is so sad.

I tweeked the coleslaw a bit by adding some raw ACV to make it more tangy.

These ribs, OMG!! I made them in the pokey pot with a bit of homemade bbq sauce and they are out of this world!!!!

Sam just asked, "Can I eat the fat?" lol She knows the answer, but with this short term memory thing she reverts back to our old habits sometimes. lol

(She just went back for more coleslaw. hee hee)

Hi FarmerDenise! :frow

I will in a bit....meanwhile, cholesterol is made to produce all our sex hormones, and it is our first aid kit when there is inflammation in the body.

yep! I'm careful to eat a lot of good fats. :)

I'm just pretty sure that I haven't any issue with dense cholesterol. I know we need LOTS of "good" cholesterol to build the brain. I likes meh brainz.

You want a good replacement for beer?
Try hard cider. But, if gluten is an issue, make sure its a gluten free brand.
Most brands are now using gluten to speed and cheapen the process :rant

I am going to have to make some deviled eggs now...I have a glut of eggs all of a sudden.
