One year (long ago when they were little) my two kids were chasing around and creamed our tree knocking it over and breaking some very old ornaments. After that we installed a heavy duty white plant hook in the ceiling directly above the tree. I was the one who knocked it down about 10 years ago. I was just trying to water it and BAM! I took out one whole side of ornaments, including my favorite Shiny-brite from my childhood. I sat on the floor and cried for an hour! It was awful. I love legosHenrietta23 said:Home from Lego insanity! It was fun actually. Great bonding as a family. DS had a blast and DH gets almost as into it as DS does! We got some ideas for which Star Wars sets he might like but we all agreed we like designing our own stuff with random Legos the best.
We ended up not having time to go up to OSV, which is probably for the best. I have a very hard time spending money on anyone but ME there.
Church tomorrow followed by grocery shopping and house cleaning and then we're onto another week. Where does the weekend go??
