I wish there was a way to fix that Abi!abifae said:LOL! Do you know, I still have nightmares about being trapped in school. Like I have my GED but they won't let me actually leave.
School was, hands down, by far, completely and entirely, the most traumatic part of my upbringing.
And if you knew how bad the other parts tended to be, that's saying a lot. I don't have nightmares about any OTHER part of my upbringing. I used to have PTSD and I'm officially past that with everything but school.
You teachers are brave folk. lol.
I just found a speech assistant colleague has enrolled in some fancy pants Autism program. I'm interested to find out more about it. I haven't talked to her about what she plans to do with it. I keep feeling this little tug to find a niche in Communication and Autism combined somehow. She may know something I need to know too!
Had a busy day after all. We went and found 3 cemetery letterboxes with my mom, then rushed over for a riding lesson. Then off the vet for heartworm meds and Indy's neutering certificate so I can license the dogs and he won't cost me triple what an unneutered dog would cost. Ran to TSC for chicken food. Came home to find the parts for Mary's new bunny condo had arrived. After dinner I will be running to Home Depot for black zip ties so I can put it together.
I really have only coughed at the riding ring in the dust. So I think I'm improving. But I expect that I will have a lingering cough for a few weeks. Blech.
