Welcome :frow I'd love to see your garden. It sounds great.
Could you clip bad boy's wings some? Is he tame enough for you to try?

Lets see, I managed to get my house cleaned ( well actually I shoved the junk into one general area so she could take pics of the rest of the house). So parts were gorgeous. Heehee.

Sunday I put in the bathroom floor. Major improvement. The chickens were free to roam the yard this weekend and my roo stayed in his designated area. Thank goodness.

Oh and really great news- both hens are now laying. :woot Of course that is about ten eggs a week. We will feed most of em to the tom kittens out front.

We did manage to catch and kill a possum this weekend. Hubby loved trying out the new gun. New gun, new toy. same deal.

I attend college classes three nights a week, so I stay pretty busy, but I am hoping to get a few things accomplished. Never did get my strawberry jam made. Husband and I grilled some steaks and potatoes last nite. :drool such good stuff. There has to be no better joy in life than sitting outside on a cool evening, the smell of cooking meat, a glass of wine or beer, (used to have a smoke to go along with this, but I have evolved above this but still miss the hell out of it :barnie ) So we spent the evening talking, watching the kids play and being a family. Just love it. :love

So I guess I can make the list for the weekend. I need to work on cleaning out the coop. Pot up tons more of the plants. Box up more of our junk. We got all the Halloween mess up. Life size Frank Nathanial Stein is on our porch. Along with all the vamps, pumpkins and witches. :thumbsup Looking pretty scarey around our house.
TO DO:
Finish the parquay in the hallway. Now that my fingers are healing. They bled like crazy, Me and Xacto knives should not be left alone. It kicks my butt everytime.

Pot up bulbs and more starter plants.
Water the magnolia tree and the rest
Price shop for a new mattress. (hubby and I broke the frame for ours, yep I was bragging :plbb )
Clean out mess from the photo shoot.

Get family photo and frame for anniversary present.

Oct. 24th is our wedding anniversary. :love

Finish hallway parqay floor.

Intersperced with bits of drinking and being silly. :ya

Oh and everything I said I needed to do last week, still mostly needs to get done. Twelve year old has major acne breakout. Out of no where. She normally is so smooth. SO she may fit over the pictures. But I really need to get this done.

Here's a bit more about me for anyone who is actually intrested to read.

Im a supporter of gay rights.
Because I believe in civil rights.
I think that its just another form of stepping on others to feel better about who we are. It was women, it was blacks, it was jews and now its gays.

This is my opinion. I have the right to have it and change it as I see fit.

I respect people's right to their religion also.
I'm agnostic. I am a strong believer in earth worship. Much like the native Americans and the like. I believe we are all part of a bigger whole. What we take we must give back. I want to get away from being a consumer and live as close to the earth as possible. It is a hope and a dream.

I will happily and respectfully debate religion, politics, theories of all sorts if I have an opinion about it. I like to hear others veiwpoints.
I find those who say because the bible says so to be annoying. Tell me because it is your belief because... I can respect that.
But you would be just as hard pressed to respect my argument if I said because my Star Trek magazine says so.

Peace
