Wow, Java, your goaties look HUGE. Mine are getting bigger as well but still lagging far behind. Yesterday, I could see kicking or movement on both sides of my smaller doe's abdomen going on at the same time. Does that sound like twins? She doesn't seem as big as my other one. She kind of turned around to look, as if to say, "what is goin' on in there?"

The other one we can feel a lot of movement on either side. She allows me to touch her again and I think she will have two. But of course this is my first time. Is there any way to guess about how many they will have? We are deciding whether to build one or two warming huts. Since I have minis, I think two or even three would fit in what we are making but five would not.

But looking at YOUR goats, maybe mine are each having just one.

I don't know SD - some goats just carry big :D Yours being first fresheners, I would expect not as much stretching of the belly. It's been so cold here that I haven't been able to go out and watch their bellys move. I'm still betting on trips for Perdy and I have no idea what Rory is hiding. I have only gotten one good feel on her in the last week and I know there's at least one :p I'm on pins and needles waiting :ya

The kids get to stay until they are weaned and then I'm only keeping one doeling. The rest get sold. The barn is plenty big to hold them for a couple months. I think :hide

Those weren't my goats on Marestare. I think Marestare has a setup that's pretty specific, and you have to pay a monthly fee. There are plenty of free hosting sites too.
If you go wireless I don't think there would be a need for the dazzle. But don't quote me on that. Then you have to make sure your network reaches your barn and there may be bandwidth broadcasting stuff to figure out and that's beyond my thinking :D I got very confused trying to figure it out and decided it was more trouble than it was worth for me. My barn is only about 30 feet from the back door, so I went with cables. I'm not that techy :p

Edit to add
It looks like something like this comes with it's own website address for viewing. http://www.amazon.com/Cisco-Linksys...3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1296060557&sr=1-3
Another reason I didn't go with this type of camera is because I wanted an outdoor camera that can withstand the cold.
Thanks! I'm not very techy either. I'll have to ask at Best Buy or Radio Shack or something.

Poor Nibbles.

Warning, I'm having a winter blues rant...no advice needed, just sympathy.
Has anybody seen my motivation? I think I lost it somewhere back around November...sigh. One can only clean a house so much before you feel like :he I don't need a vacation, but I do need my kids to take one. Seriously. They are the yappiest little things - talk, talk, talk nonstop.
That's all. It'll get better. It's just one of those weeks.
