I have had pneumonia on a couple of occasions. It does take a LONG while to get well. Try not to overdo and just spend a little time sitting in the warm Spring sun and recharge those batteries. You will be your old self again it just takes time. :hugs

One more note. From now on you will develop pneumonia MUCH faster. As soon as you begin to feel it GET HELP and don't mess around. You don't want to end up this way again. I found out that I have low level asthma. Not enough to cause problems most of the time, but when I get sick POW right to the lungs. They gave me an albuterol inhaler, I don't use it all of the time, but that helps a lot when I get a cold.

Yes FF, I have COPD, and Asthma. This is the second time this year I have had pneumonia already. I normally get it in the fall tho...not like this. I have had the pneumonia shot....and I have the inhalers. I just am sick and tired of being sick and tired. :/

Awww, FF, I am so sorry. Being sick all the time is a bummer...
I bit the bullet today..decided I was going to get out there and work through this yukky feeling. So....I took the 6 cattle pannels...16 ft long...and Ohhhh, I think 15 T posts....and made a new fence for the goaties. I sure hope this keeps them in better. I put it up on the outside of thier original fence..so tomorrow the neighbor girl will come over and take down the old fence. I told her if she takes it down, she can have it for her dog. They have the dog on a chain...and its so sad out there...always getting tangled away from its water. :(
Tomorrow I have to finish the gate before the neighbor girl comes for the old fence. I think I might have over done it a bit...as tonight I am sore...and a little fevered. Or, maybe its sunburn... :)
Still no goat babies...poor little Pebbles...she looks like she is going to pop! I just wish I knew her breeding date. Guess I COULD take her to the vet, and get an approximate date...but then again..I probably wont. Just dont need that expence after getting the Comfortis for the 3 dogs...and the frontline for the 3 cats....$75.00 :th
Hubby PROMISED to get the smaller garden tilled this weekend. At least I will get the taters, peas and beets in...Oh, and the onions. I feel like I am so far behind on everything..and getting sick doesn't help that feeling. My house looks like a bomb went off. Tomorrow I will fill the clothsline....probably at least 2 times. I have 5 lines...so I should be able to get most of the laundry caught up. :fl
So, working through the illness...slowly, but surely. I WILL get it done! ;)

Thanks UTC...I will get it done regardless. Sick or not..it has to get done. Just being sick, it takes longer! LOL Usually I can get my morning chores feeding watering, opening barns, coops ets done in about an hour. Lately, it takes 2 hrs. I need more breaks. I dont mind so much...but it takes away from the house chores. By the time I come inside, I feel a "nap attack" coming on. :/

When left to my own accord during the summer months, I usually wake up about 5:30 or 6 am work (hard) until lunch, eat and then have siesta at around 1:30 for about an hour or possibly two. Then I am up and at it until 10:30 or 11 or so. I get WAY more accomplished on my siesta schedule than I do the rest of the year when I just end up being grouchy and tired after lunch.

Power naps ROCK! :clap
