So glad to hear you are not stressed. So many people would be stressing out. Sounds like you are calm and prepared for whatever.
Good for you - with that attitude you will do great in whatever you decide to do.
I honestly feel that the people here on this forum handle things differently than most folks. Probably because we are of a different mind set to begin with.
Good luck and I will try to keep up better in the future.
I totally understand what you mean about not stressing over it. DH lost his job in August...a very good job...and I was not stressed about it and everything worked out!
I hope your friend is ok with her heart valve surgery. Thanks for the info you mentioned in my journal. I know Tony must go get checked further. Everyone knows their body and when things are off, you best keep pluggin' along to find that answer!
on your home, have you called the mortgage company and told them you are having difficulty? cause you would be surprised, right now THEY don't truly want homes back....they might work a good deal with you.....well just mentioning it cause ya never know.
and don't worry about chickens being ignored...LOL...mine are. HA HA.....not a name in the 400 and other than feeding, watering, egg gathering, cleaning, checking the birds etc.....I ignore them..HA HA HA
take care...you have a full plate running right now! your life sure is hopping!
I know what you mean.
Your 15 birds would rise up and have a riot if you ignored them...HA HA HA....If left in the barn without socialization, they would come knocking on your front door demanding WHY??? LOL
I hear ya!
so glad that fever is down. hmm...fevers are strange things. they do good for the body in a way cause they burn up the bad guys, but too high, and they can harm you...but I am glad to hear all is well.
I am sure you have some choice words for the mortgage company..HA HA....my vocab would be extensive also..HA HA
Well...time to move forward and you sound all settled on the fact and will do what is necessary to move easily and smile while doing it. Life throws ya curves, bob and weave and don't take the full hit, and all is fine..LOL
lazy, you, lazy....nah, no way! Play hard...hmm...that is a good thing believe me, we probably all don't get enough of that.!
My poor chickies get ignored too! I have 16 layers, 2 roosters, and 2 ducks. Only the ducks are named and we have had them for a LONG time! Quackers and Jack....cut we are not going to eat them either. The ducks have survived a couple of racoon attacks and out lived several generations of chickens.
I think all of my chickens look alike but one because it is a totally different breed....so keeping names straight would be impossible. I joined a hatching egg swap so my 11 yo is on egg duty now so he gets to go out every hour on the hour so the eggs don't freeze.
