lol. I loved this. I did this after my divorce. I kept it to about 200 cals per day - never over 700! I lost 1-1/2 to 2 lb per day. And then once a week I would eat a real meal. There were a few holidays in there, so my weight went up a couple of times too.Ldychef2k said:Yeah, it was pretty stupid of me. I think it was 3 months. I lost 40-some pounds. I looked fabulous. Then I had a hypomanic episode and started gaining. I gained 30 of it back.
I was eating almost excusively raw fruit, ocassionally chicken or tuna. So I didn't have any health problems with it. Mmmm... a green pepper for breakfast! lol There are what - 10 calories in a green pepper?
I'm trying to go back to the fresh food diet I was eating - but without limiting calories! Since I moved in with my boyfriend, it has been pizza, chips and ice cream more often than I care to admit.
I'm also hoping the SS lifestyle will get me more active. Not happening yet...
