Wow! You looked great. I'll bet you'll be in great demand for classes now, especially since the world knows they're free. You go girl!

APPLAUSE!!!!! :clap :bun :clap

Nonsense about not looking good. It looked great! Your pantry shelves are now stars in there own right. AND you built them yourself TOO!

I know this embarrasses you, but the interview and segment was AWESOME!

It really could not have been any better. I am SO proud of you. You have really come a long way from the shy gal that we first met on here. Let it roar baby! To God be the GLORY and you get a big old pat on the back just for YOU. You deserve one. :ya

Terrific segment! Your voice was so sincere, your smile was infectious, and your kitchen, apron and of course, pantry was stupendous! The fella did a nice job with the voice over, the photos and all.

You're a STAR!

You are all so very, very kind! What a blessing to be part of this community. Thank you !!!!!

We will see where the Lord leads. I have seven more signed up for Saturday, and two people interested in having classes at their church, which is really where I would like to go. More room for more people !

My roof is being worked on today by the building arts class. I am so excited to get it started. The patio cover has been removed and some of the wood is getting replaced.

Unfortunately, for budgetary reasons the class has been cancelled as of tomorrow and the instructor is out of a job. He and his wife of 47 years are both now unemployed. He tells me that he believes the Lord is sending them in a different direction, and he is looking forward to finding out which one it is ! He knows it will be in a helping area, as their hearts are both yearning for that.

Will you guys pray with me for his situation. He was ready to retire in a year.

No word on what the Lord has planned as far as finishing my roof, but I trust Him so will be excited to see what happens.

Praising God.

This morning, my daughter's ex husband signed away his parental rights. Moments later, my precious son-in-law filed step-parent adoption papers at the county courthouse.

Crying for joy doesn't even begin to describe it.

Amen, KC ! None of the other things really matter in the grand scheme of things, only the safety of the girls.

Oh, Henrietta, no kidding ! I used to hear him outside my house revving up his 18 wheeler, like he was going to run it through my bedroom in the middle of the night. I had a restraining order from when he tried to throw me down the stairs and then trashed my house, but he could hit and run with the best of them.

A felony against a 14 year old kid finally did him in. Thank God the boy had the strength and courage to stand against his dad. The mom wouldn't do it. So, Jacob is our hero !
