Well, tomorrow I am getting out of the house rain or not.....the kids are going stir crazy....."stop touching me.....stop touching me......stop touching me" :barnie

Wednesday Tonka has to go to the vet....I think his ear is infected...it really seems to be bothering him so he gets a bath tomorrow so he won't look like a total heathen when we go.

My children have decided that the new ducks will be named "Ducky" and "Nemo".....can you tell my children are 3 and 5? :D

We are at a standstill with the move....gotta get the driveway cut in before anyone will bring in any equipment to do well or septic or footers and with all the rain we can't really do much.

Spring has definitely sprung....my allergies are in full force! My nose is all itchy inside and it's running and stopped up all at the same time. Grrrrrr. My eyes are all itchy and watery and generally irritating the beejeezus out of me.

All I want to do is sleep when my allergies act up....last night I just layed there and sniffed and blew and sniffed and blew and wiped my eyes and tossed and turned. It usually gets better after about a month....I think I just get used to it .

Got 2 duck eggs this morning! Aly, I will definitely take some Sebbie eggs from you! What kind of bator do you use?

Sorry to hear about the bad allergies!

My family suffers as well - them more than me though. I highly recommend the very NON-SS Claritin.

It works great. Hope you feel better soon - and good luck on getting that driveway cut in.

Dumptruck? that is precious!

My kindergarten teacher's name was Miss Pickup....we used to call her pickup truck.... :p

Today, I have decided to let the ducks out of the mud pit formerly known as the duck pen. They are happily free ranging around the yard. I had the kids throw some scratch all in the woods behind the house this morning so everyone is staying out of the yard. They look so funny rooting around underneath all the leaves, but man, are they happy!

The kids have been playing restaurant and mommy and baby this morning. My crazy soon to be 3 yr old just came down the hallway naked as a jaybird yelling "I'm a nekkid baybay!" and smacking her hiney. My children are so silly.... :p

Got to wash the dogs this afternoon and then meet with the septic man to get an estimate. Hopefully we'll be able to cut in the driveway this week/weekend before it rains again Monday. My mom sent me an email this morning and wants to move my DD's birthday party to next weekend....apparantly she has ordered a bunch of stuff and it won't come in until the 23rd.

I can't help but look at my children and wonder if they will always be safe and healthy and happy. After reading what happened to QA's DD I am just devastated for her. I know we can't protect our children all of the time but for something like that to happen under her own roof is just the worst kind of violation. I hope everything works out for the best with her family and they get the justice they deserve. I am a victim of abuse and I know there are many on here that have been too and we all feel for her and know what she is going through. I'm just praying that all will be well for her.

And when the other wethers get near him, he makes a "raspberry" like noise. Cracks me up! I think the doe(Pebbles) is preggers...im pretty sure any ways. :idunno I dont know thier breed, but super tiny!!!!
