Can I just say how much I love my husband!!! We just went outside to look at where we want to put the fencing....looks like the chicken run is staying as is and we are going to install a long walkway for the goats up to the front pasture, close in the whole lean-to, and narrow the garden space about 6 feet. I think I can get 6-8 4x4ft beds in there. Plenty for the four of us, I think.

He says he is willing to give up his cows for "a whole damn field full of goats, if that's what makes you happy" :love

Back off ladies.....he's mine!

Okay....here's my list for this weekend

*build 2 chicken tractors for the meaties
*price materials to finish goat house
*finish fireplace
*call my brother
*laundry....I'm starting to think I should change my title from "member" to "always doing laundry" :p

That should be plenty to keep me busy, ya think?

Well, got the shed done....spent all day Sunday cleaning it out and building shelves, organizing everything, and packing it all back in but there is a HUGE space inside where we could park a 4 wheeler....if we had one :p Lots of room in there now, plenty of room for the freezers and hubby has a good space to use as a workshop with the entire back wall for storage.

Spent all day saturday working on the chicken tractor. Still need to finish putting the chicken wire on and zip tie the tarp but otherwise it is done.

BF and her family came over last night and brought a whole rubbermaid tub full of clothes for DD that she has now successfully thrown all over the living room floor in a fit of glee.

Her hubby has a compressor we can borrow to finish the fireplace and I will get it painted this week and we'll be done.

Lost another meat bird last night. I don't know what the deal is....now I'm up to 5 dead out of 62. Once we get the tractor finished tonight we'll move them into it and that will give them some more room.

I'm exhausted. On top of all the shed stuff yesterday I made a vat of chili, a loaf of bread and did 5 loads of laundry....3 of which are still on the line cause I was too tired to deal with them last night. Then DS overflowed the toilet and I had to do a load of towels this morning.

I need to go by goodwill and drop off some more stuff from the shed cleanout and go to the old house and dig up some more liriope to transplant to the flower bed behind the back deck/house and run by TSC to get more feed for the dang meaties....little pigs.

Still haven't eaten breakfast yet....or had any coffee.....

Well, my husband is in tears this morning.

We just found out that right before BIL got married his dad deeded the rest of the land to him. I am so mad right now I don't know what I'm going to do. His dad told us that he was going to split it in half between the both of us and for him to do this and not even tell us is more than I can take right now.

Not to mention that we have put up $3000 worth of fencing on land that was supposed to be ours.

I want to go over and punch both of them right now. This is exactly what I was afraid was going to happen.

He's in tears, I'm in tears, I'm supposed to be having a party this weekend to celebrate moving over here and all I want to do is pick up and leave.

We have put so much work into this and for him to betray us like that is just unbelievable.

I might see if BIL would sell us the front pasture but I don't think he would cause he's just a spoiled rotten prick like that.

I just texted his dad the following message:

I don't even know what to say right now...I can't believe you have done this to us...I can't believe no one can stay true to their word...you know we wanted to buy the land from you so why didn't you just sell it to us? WE ARE YOUR FAMILY TOO!!!

I think that pretty much sums it up right now.
