We getting the cold Canadian winds coming off of 2 lakes! So lake effect snow. Luckily I'm not in the worst part of it. I think we will probably only get about 1-2" here but the snow belt is expecting over a foot of snow total over about 3 days.

I'm not ready for freezing waterers yet!!!

I've had to break ice the last 3 days and I just had to wash the cooler out outside in all this mess of cold and wind so we can put the deer meat in it tonight when hubby gets home.

My ducks are in heaven, though....I've seen them more in the last 3 days than I have in the last 3 weeks....silly birds!

I want to go hunting this week but I don't want to sit out in this wind. I hate it when it is cold enough to make my nose drip in the deer stand....blech.

Oh, as a goose hunter and guide my husband is EXCITED about all this canadian air coming in....means the birds will be on the move. He just booked another hunt yesterday....I'm glad cause it means that the company credit card and other bills will be paid for the next 3-4 months and we won't have to pay any more out of pocket......guess there's always an upside, huh?

Getting the winds and freezing cold here too! It is 16 tonight with a wind chill of maybe 6....supposed to be like that all week.

I like winter but I don't like this!

Im freezing my chops off. It was 20 at 5 o clock. And was around 15 when we got home from TSC. Its still snowing after 3 days. I think its supposed to continue.

We are supposed to be in the 20s with wind chill in the teens. In Florida. that is just Wrong.

NO! But we are still gettig them, but then, we always get wind here. Hence the 78 or so wind turbines we have here--46 f which I can see from my property. You know, I have to suffer with these winds ALWAYS, so you guy can take a few days of it.

If I wanted your winds, I'd go to Canada, and look up all my relations.
