A agree with Dace. Post your menu so we can do an "autopsy". I am betting that there are some hidden carbs or other problems there.

Yeah, OG1, be brave!! The program Dace and Noobie and BBH are using outstrips WW by miles in a published study. Double the weight loss and triple the waist circumference loss in three months compared to a year on WW, Ornish, Atkins, or Zone diets. Save yourself some dollars, we will help you....the journalling and accountability and support here are extremely helpful and promote success. We are nice about it, too, btw. :D

Alright, I am getting on this bandwagon! I went and got a ton of fresh veggies at the store. Can I use any seasonings in my baggie? Tomorrow will be my first day. :D

Sure, season away! I like salt and pepper, myself. Just watch out for commercial salad dressings and dips, which are often loaded with sugar and chemicals. Make your own, and don't buy anything marked lite or diet or low-fat. You need good fats or you will have cravings like mad! I love a little onion dip made with full-fat sour cream (or drained yogurt or kefir) and onion and garlic powders, salt and pepper. Super-yum!

I am down 6 lbs now!!

Okie, I am glad to hear that you are not giving up! You can do it!

Free is a wealth of information, as are Wifey, BBH & Noobie! Lots of great support here.
I found the feed bag to be educational but dreadful at the same time. I have mostyl switched from the feed bag to a large salad daily, but it is a great way to figure out how much to eat!

Just jump in and start crunching...fine tune as you go!

Driving back and forth to Greeley left us eating fast food a few times. My favorite? Get a dollar menu burger and just don't eat the bun :D I like the Jack in the Box version since it has lettuce and pickles :D
