A Major Squash & Pumpkin Lover
Amys Spicy Potato Wedgesmy good friend Amy passed on this one. I had thought only packaged seasoning mixes offered pizzazz for roasted potatoesuntil I had theseout of this world! You could have a container of the spice mixture ready in the pantry for later use.
3 pounds potatoes, cut into wedges or chunks
cup vegetable oil
1 T chili powder
2 t onion powder
2 t garlic salt
1 t sugar
1 t paprika
t salt (optional)
- t cayenne, based on your desire for hotness
Mix all dry ingredients together. Dump potatoes in a plastic bag, drizzle with oil and then sprinkle with dry seasoning. Shake until well coated. Bake at 400 for 30-35 min. Enjoy!
