Mine also threatened to call CPS on me. I picked up the phone, and asked him if he wanted me to call, or would he.

Has she told you yet that she can't wait until she's 18 and can move out so she doesn't have to do any chores? My son told me that when he was 13. I asked him, who do you think is going to do them? I'm not coming over to your house and doing them for you. He's since moved out, and learned they don't get done on their own. (I think we've hijacked this thread. :hide)

 DD told me "I'm not your slave" when asked to do a load of HER OWN laundry because she was griping that nothing was clean(you know because she didn't CLEAN HER ROOM)...when she was 10 :th If I'd have talked to my momma like that..... :smack

ETA: Have we hijacked it? :hide Sorry OP. :hugs

He has regular meltdowns. Once took a knife to me but talked him out of that one. Talks about suicide a lot. This running away thing is horrible because I know he'll do it and would get killed since he has no concept about reality (the autism thing workin').

Apologized after coming home but he'll do it again.

Not good for my diet. I want chocolate and carbs so much but haven't succumbed.

His service dog's trainer is coming by tonight with pix of the puppy she found for him. Offering dinner. Hoping he'll behave himself at least a little. He IS following a list of things to do before she gets here, like clean his room, take a shower, etc. I have my own chores to do, eggs to collect, and lots of schoolwork to plan.

Exhausted. Mentally, emotionally, physically.

Ouch. Now I have a headache.

Don't worry about hijacking my thread. I love the banter and you guys/gals are great! I'll try to catch up with my thread reading next week. This week is horrendous.

Aw...sorry about all the chaos. Hopefully the dog will help settle him and give him a sense of other creatures have feelings too. :hu It seemed to work for my neighbors autistic son. Learning new concepts is so hard for children sometimes, ALL children, but especially those with underlying difficulties. :hugs You're doing a great job mom!!! :)

Two of my bantams escaped a coop yesterday. NO CLUE how. They are inside right now but will move them to their own little coop tonight. Meanwhile, HE's crowing up a storm. Probably gonna wake my kid. ARGH!

Hubby's company refused to do anything towards my son's service dog. This is a HUGE national company. SO*s.

Got a little rain yesterday. I have a few seedlings from the 3 varieties of squash plus soy beans plus cucumbers I planted a week and a half ago. Hope the rain last night will help my corn/3 sisters to sprout. It's getting late. Haven't even planted the sunflower/3-cousins yet!

Puppy trainer was here last night. Invited her to stay for dinner. Nothing fancy: ground beef with seasonings, pasta, salsa. Raw veggies on the side. Tea. Nothing thrilling but was filling.

Day 3 of my diet and I'm STARVING! Only had coffee so far this morning, but I want a steak and egg breakfast. Not gonna. Will fry a couple of my girls' eggs after my kid gets up. If I do it before and he smells it, he'll get jealous.

Starting out tired. That's never a good sign.

Abi's right! If you are starving and craving real food, then eat it. Eggs, meat and butter are very nourishing!
