Booooo! The light company thankfully doesn't come down our road very often, but I do have to drive to work looking at all the perfectly even, chopped off tree sides on the highway.

Honestly, yes, even a stump would look better.

well it looks like they are done and they didnt mangle the persimmon. AND they said they'd come back and give us a load of the chippings

what the hey.... there is snow on the ground. dang

well i do need to have a day for reading..i got that winter harvest book from the library (after waiting all winter for it!)

also on the agenda... shoveling out the house. oh joy.

we still have a pretty nippy windchill so no one is in a hurry to get out there and put everyone outside. in a couple days tho we'll be back to workable-outside-weather. whoot!
