well. i think half the crazy folks i know have come to their senses. whew!

here's a wacky thing --- we turned on the heat this morning! i could only take for about 15 mins before i had to turn it off. but wow it was chilly this morning! dont think we technically got a frost but i was glad i got everything covered again last nite. have one more big push to get the final garden plowed under - and looks like a good day for that.

i talked to the breeder yesterday - Debbie is just fine and we'll get her this weekend.

and now i'm having beets and greens and turnips and an egg for breakfast. whoooot!

And speaking of bacon - those of you with your own pigs, count your blessings. The price of bacon is out of my budget now. Even the kind that I don't really want to know where it comes from, but tastes good anyway :/ I miss it (that smiley is a bit more dramatic than I want, but you know how I feel)
