hee hee hee the Good Neighbor mom just called and asked if we wanted her to move the buck to a different pasture!

hee hee hee we laughed a lot b/c of the hillside neither of us can hear those 2 yelling at each other - but technically there is a house between us....and we figured they got an earful!

now one of their cows is in on the action and little kai is just beside herself. Kai has figured out her job is to guard the house and she is taking it very seriously. its adorable.

she gave Vita a good woofin' yesterday until she saw that the other dogs just wagged and sniffed at good old Vita.

and yeah.. its back to heavy sweats and a hat

Well every good dog needs to sniff things out for themselves. She will probably become a great guard dog.

Sorry, I'm just having a laughing fit at the goings-on at your place today. Goats + cows = more crazy than usual.

So now that the weather has crapped out on us, all the people in our families is coming to see the goat kids  Go figure. Hope they enjoy the rain/snow/ice/

Oneof our more crunchy granola-type neighbors tried to keep a goat. In the suburbs. With houses that are only about 10 feet apart.

:gig

That thing bleated its fool head of for a week.

Then suddenly nothing.

So either they decided a suburban goat wasn't such a good idea or one of the Mexican neighbors had a bbq. Not quite sure which, but it is quiet now....except for my mouthy ducks and the barking dogs. :D

I worry about that here sometimes. Mainly I wonder if whenever we are missing a chicken if it really is a fox, or if it's my Mother In Law (she too is mexican) :D

Lol, someone several houses down has a goat, and sometimes if they aren't fast enough getting out in the morning or the evening that goat lets everyone know it! :) I am so looking forward to the day we have that problem :D :love

Howdy OFG! Sorry bout your storm! We have really strong winds here, the feather dresses on our fluffy butts keep trying to fly up over their heads! :gig :gig chickens are fun! :D
