i know.. BBH! i cant help myself. i have a big ol' hunk of goat gouda on the counter that i'm always nipping at and i always say to myself, in a singsong voice, "i'm cut-ting the cheeeeeseeee"

dang. i havent got it right yet. there has to be some tricks to using goats milk that i just dont have. i've tried it a couple times but havent had any luck. my mozz is always squeaky. how weird is THAT? cheese that squeaks when you cut it *snort*

SD started a 'new to cutting the cheese' thread - maybe someone has some ideas over there?

Freemotion is also a big cheese cutter so she might know. baby you out there?

It was horrid, wasn't it? But I have a clean house now since we couldn't go outside.
I'm sitting here watching the barn camera AKA 'the goat show' as my daughter calls it. I love having this camera - the entertainment value alone is worth the small expense. Those kids are trying their hardest to 'surf' on their mama's back and the mamas just stand there and let them try. They
are so patient. Now they are all staring at a spot on the wall
