hi everyone! of course we are late for church and i forgot about the neighbors cows and slept in!!! yikes!!!

I think if you ever showed up for church on time the entire congregation would pass out from shock

Just walk in and tell them your neighbor's ox was in a ditch. That's what I tell my mom when she fusses about us working on Sunday. "Ma, our ox was in a ditch."

*SD sees OFG arriving home from church, and during a little chat discreetly knocks a bit of cow dung from the back of her hair that has been clinging there during the entire service. *

ok wisenheimers... this is how funny this is...

um.. so being as late as we were......i DIDN'T get a shower and my hair is about 3 days ripe....and when i crawled in the neighbors goat pen i got poop all over my "good" shoes!

of course i didnt notice it until we got there..... so there i was in front of our church wiping goat poop off in the grass.(bells ringing that the service has started)

of course my hubby says: Oh great! now we're gonna have to sit in your PEW!!!

oh ha ha ha ha ha

and yes i think the clouds would part and a light would shine down if we actually got there on time. but pretty much all we hear is the mumblings of "here they are - finally."

sheesh!

ok off to exhaust the puppy - but its a beautiful day! sunny cool and breezy yay!!!!
