I stopped at Walmart after my OB and got 5 large pillar candles...3 for $1.50 and 2 for $1.25. They were cinnamon scent left over from Christmas so they were 50%. I priced the same size candles in the candle section and they were $4.97 each.
I also picked up 3 oil lamps, two bottles of oil, and three boxes of matches to put in my emergency stock pile. I also found an LED Night Light that was in the clearance section...was $14 got it for $10...that I am going to put in 6 yo's bedroom as a night light plus it says it will automatically run for 36 hours if the power goes out. I also found a wind up LED light that has a built in cell phone battery charger that I picked up that I would like to put in the book bag that I want to start for an emergency kit for my van.

By my calculations my quail eggs from the swap should have hatched yesterday. 
I opened up one today and it was just a scrambled yolk. I have decided I am going to leave them in for just one or two more days and then open up a couple more.
