thanks guys, will definatly ask around.

and today i get to go open my new bank account...may seem silly but its quite an exciting step, so gonna head into town to do that and pick up milk and bread.
itll obviously take a while to get my atm card but i should have online banking almost imediatly...

once the new bank account is set up ive got a bunch of phone calls to make to get the direct deposit back up and running, get my autopay for cable assigned to the new account, ect and then ive got 1 more check to come out of that one, before it can be emptied and shut down.
gonna use whatevers left in that account as an extra payment to the credit card...its not much but every penny counts...

today im also going to download the budgeting program i was using back in ct, and start getting everything plugged in to that so i can figure out exactly where i am...its tough because i still have no idea what a normal months water electric and gas is going to look like, but i can get the stable things plugged in at the very least.

so yeah, today looks like it becomes a day of organization, and cleaning since tomorrow is trash day.

once the new acct is up and running and my bills that are due go out i can get my TN license, and car reg and insurance sorted out hopefully this month, and im hoping ill have enough money to be able to afford to pain the livingroom *fingers crossed*

oh you know you ALL have them...
those guilty pleasures...

mine...
the twilight movies...

no im not a twilighter...infact the movies arnt all that good...
but oh my goodness...
i watch for one reason and one reason alone...ok make that a pack of reasons...

Yeah...im talking wolfpack ladies...
yes i know the boys in the movies are "much too young" representing highschool seniors, but in real life there about my age so i dont feel half as bad drooling over shirtless shapeshifters!

it doesnt help that im nuts about shifters and i do realy like how seamlessly the movie portrays the human to wolf shift, it amazes me what computers can do for that stuff...but i seriously watch the movies just to watch the shifters.

yeah...im a sad sad puppy lol.

Have you watched True Blood? They have a different approach to the Shifts and the animals are actually animals- not some monster looking creation. That show is one of my guilty pleasures.

i LOVE true blood but dont get HBO anymore...
sam is one of my favorite characters and i like that the divide the shape shifters and werewolves into 2 seperate "species" which is always how i imagined it would be.
i also LOVE LOVE LOVE Eric...and i realy dont like vampires in general...
Bill kinda gets on my nerves and sookie...well she has those same moments that bella does where i just want to *grr arg* lol.

The wolves in twilight are well done, they look like wolves, just HUGE....which actually does make sense in the description of them in the books im told...

i do like the portrayal of shifters in true blood too though...Im OBSESSED with shifters and werewolves...they just facinate me and as a spiritual shifter, its one of those forbiden things...i know its NOT possible to truly shapeshift...but a little part of the inner beasty sometimes daydreams about it lol

pinky on the Sunday paper the best deal is the Jackson Sun for $1.50, and they have all the coupons. You can check to see ahead of time whether or not it's worth it to you to get the paper each week by going on www.sundaycouponpreview.com and checking Saturday to see what coupons will be in it for that week. It'll also keep you from buying weeks that don't have coupons.

I hate Twilight :p  DD ruined anything it could ever have been for me by absolutely running into the ground last summer. And the posters..... :barnie They're everywhere...I think they breed :p

Eric and Alcide are hotties, but Sam is also my favorite. Very nice backview ()() and he seems like he'd really be a great guy.
My favorite wolf on the show is the one they use that represents Alcide. That one looks almost the same as one we used to have. Fenris was great.
Sometimes reading the books helps with Sookie. She has more backbone in them sometimes.

I guess I should go ahead and watch Twilight. I was afraid it was made more for the teen crowd, but lots of people really like it.
Being able to shift would be incredible. Being a kitty in a sunny windowsill would have to be a nice vacation. They seem to really enjoy it, so worth trying.

guess I'll check netflix for it . . . maybe it will hold me over till some more True Blood episodes are available for us people without HBO. Being a season, or more behind really bites.

agreed ive had to block people on facebook just because they spout off about the episodes im not at yet!
Same goes for torchwood i still havent seen #3. im thinking i might invest in netflicks when my free movie period is over on my TV lol

in other news, rubies xrays turned out positive for pregnancy but too blurry to get a good head count, they only charged me 1/2 price for it because the xrays just wernt clear enough and its not because ruby moved or anything... vet thinks he saw a definate 4 so thats what were going to expect and she could literally pop any day. shes offically Due November 6th, she whent exactly 63 days last time (ideall pregnancy) but offically any time between today and monday the 14th is possible.

so today i have to go out pick up canned dog food, a can of puppy milk replacer powder (as a just in case i also use this to make puppy mush later), cottage cheese, plain yogurt and eggs. (calcium and protein), mabe also pick up some chicken gizards, hearts and livers for her too, i also need some milk for myself and have some bottles to recycle at walmart and im going to see if i can pick up a draft excluder kit for the back door, i want to be able to use it to let the dogs in and out rather than having to carry them into the fenced area, especially once the pups start toodling around...but right now to keep the bugs and the draft out i have tissue paper and plastic bags soved in there which arnt exactly working for that whole opening and closing the door part lol.
Once dad comes out hes going to try and rehang the door so the gap is a little more even, but ill still need a draft kit on it unless we replace it completly...so itll be a good investment (and probbaly more energy efficient than tissue paper and plastic bags LOL.)

but yeah thats the plan for this afternoon...
Its kind of grey and a little damp today but temperature wise quite comfortable. should be a fairly productive kind of day

well...today i whent shopping and came home with something NOT on my list.

picked up what i whent for...
but also picked up a PUPPY...

not just any puppy either...a very needy little guy who almost got squished by a big rig on the highway.

im driving home and i just see this little ball roll down the embankment.
turns out to be a puppy...
long story is on my facebook...
the short story is hes an American Bulldog/mastif mix, about 4 weeks old, and if i was told either put him back by the road or take him home with me...

got him home gave him a dawn dish soap bath to remove the mass of fleas that were calling this little guy home and hes currently snuggling in the pack and play with a heat pad and blankie....

not sure yet if hes going to be the newest resident of the household or if ill just be keeping him untill hes old enough to be properly vaccinated...
hes adorable and veyr sweet...

*sigh*

i realy wanted a big dog, and was lookin at the am bull and the italian mastiff...so he fits the bill, but hey you fates...your timing is a little off..couldnt have given me untill january/february time?!

we all KNOW i simply wasnt going to leave him by the highway...he woudlnt have stood a chance on 45...its a major route!

quick addition:
hes adorable, verylaid back right now, though that could change, interested in the world around him and realy likes ruby and jasper, though neither of them are all to sue about him...
hes also incridbly interested in the TV lol.

I also remembered i did bring my puppy first aid kit and in there...pyrantel payomate...so puppy got his deworming tonight. this one is a mild deowmred safe for pups as young as 2 weeks, and will take care of hook and round...shell fecal him when i take him in for his shots late next week and see if he needs anything stronger (tape or whip) given his tummy though id say its roundworm...so im hopign he wont need anything stronger, his little body is goingthrough enough stress as it is.
