Who cares if you suck at it as long as you have fun?

With Zumba, the only place it looks correographed is in the dvds for home classes. I've been to a couple of different classes and nobody does it perfect including the teachers! It is a lot of fun and I don't mind laughing at myself! LOL And the pups are adorable!!!!!!

thanks, ive done aqua zumba and realy enjoy that so i figure hey dry land zumba why not lol.

thanks on the pups too...lori, funny you should pick the hairless female, most people thing the hairless are seriously ugly at this age, i must admit they have a vuage resemblance to nakid mole rats at this age, but i think there adorable...
right now shes the one thats "definatly" claimed (nothings certain untill her new mommay picks her up
waiting to hear back form the person who concacted me about the Powderpuff female but im hopgin that works out well too because they sound great
i will admit i dropped the ball with this litter though...
i usually have at least 5 confirmed names on the waiting list before the pups are even born, but with the move, i slacked off, but thats ok, its not like i dont have plenty of time to find the right homes!

all 3 pups have gained exactly 1 oz since their birthweights as of this morning, this is WONDERFULL! there exactly where they should be currently in terms of daily gains so that makes me VERY happy, and ruby is relaxing a little bit now (yesterday i had to carry her out for potty breaks and put her food under her nose so shed eat. this morning though she willingly whent out for potty breaks and whent to her food bowl for her breakfast so shes doing well too. she didnt loose much in this pregnancy so im happy ith her condition too, and right now shes getting a big bowl of wet food in the morning, cottage cheese chicken liver and gizzards as lunch, and wet food and boiled egg for supper. lots of protein, healthy fat and calcium lol.

Dozer is doing well too, his weight seems to be holding steady (id prefer to see him gaining but hes eating well so im not worried about it..though i might try using puppy milk replacer to soak his kibble and see if he prefers that...
he likes the wet food, which he gets 3 times a day, then he has soaked kibble and dry kibble available as he wishes...he prefers the dry kibble but still doesnt even have all his milk teeth in so hes having a hard time with it...
im thinking mabe the puppy milk soaked might entice him more.
His belly isnt as distended now though, but he is runny on the poop side of things, probably from the de-wormer, stress and change in food (the only food i could find evidence of was a torn open bag of alpo but the males dog house

well aparenlty ive come down with a nasty case of multiplying puppy syndrome!

remember that first post about Dozer, and there being a second puppy who had a 3" hole in his stomach...
the one i left at the vets and hadnt heard about since.

well...

yesterday Dozer turned 6 weeks old...
so today i call the vets who tell me bring him in for his shots today if youd like...
get there take Dozer in and am greeted by a tech and "lucky" yup...the little puppy with a 3 inch hole in his stomach is now "lucky" the little puppy wiht the now pea sized scabbed hole in his stomach.

they tell me " f you dont take him home with you now he goes to the shelter in an hour where he'll probaly be put to sleep"
then they put him in the cardboard take me home box and take him out of the room...
Dozer got his shot and as i head into the waiting room theres "lucky" screaming in the box by the door.

so "lucky" came home with us.

from what i was told lucky actually died and was dead for 2 hours on saturday late evening/sunday early morning...hed passed away around 11:30pm when the tech noticed him, she checked him and he was dead (cold even), but she was in the middle of doing some stuff and decided she needed to take care of the emergency patients before putting him in deep freeze...
well 2 hours later she walks past, obviously forgot, and said she saw a twitch...she knew he was dead, and he was cold but upon closer inspection his toe twitched again so she put him on a heat pad and within 30 mins hed not only come back to life but ws standing up and wagging his tail.

the hole in his stomach is looking amazing, the redness is gone, they had given him injectable antibitocs and kept it clean...my orders are simply to put neosporin on it and make sure he doesnt over eat so the strain doesnt burst it back open.

anyway get him home, and while the vets have been GREAT, im a little dissapointed, the poor guy was LOADED with fleas. so he got a bath imediatly and it took me almost an hour to get every dead flea off him there were that many! *thank goodness for dish soap*
the also hadnt given him any dewormer, so he got a dose of pyrantel payomate too.
poor guy.

anyway...he and dozer seemed to recgnize eachother, and are currently curled up together...
kinda funny, i didnt realize how big dozer had gotten, but his brother is a WHOLE pound in weight less than him (the other thing thats kinda bothering me, if hes been under vet care...theres no reason he should have only gained 1/4 a lb in a week...when i found them he was not even 1/4 a lb smaller than dozer...so he wasnt that small...

oh well, hes here now and safe and will be getting regular good quality meals...

but keeping him is NOT an option so if anyone knows of anyone in Western TN looking for a great family dog...
ill be asking a small fee to ensure he get a great home...
he needs to be an INDOOR dog, am bulls and corsos are incredibly human orientated and NEED their families,
he will need training and a strong experienced but gentle owner...these guys dont do well with harsh words and corrections but do need someone to take charge!
he will need to be neutered by the time hes 6 months of age. the vet says his hernia has closed almost completly and shouldnt need extra surgery, but given his breed mix, and thier tendency towards same sex issues at maturity if not neutered he needs to be fixed by 6 months!
He will need EXCERSIZE...

both breeds in his genetic makeup are well known for the love and devotion to family, especially children so id LOVE for him to go to a home with well mannered kids
he has alot of potential as a possible Hog dog, all around farm hand, personal protection and weight pull/carting!, mastifs and am bulls were bred to work, so give him a job and hell do everyhitng he can to please you!
Hes going to be somewhere between 80-100lbs full grown, adn about 27-29" at the shoulder.

if you know of a family that might fit this bill, please let me know.
hes cute but i cant handle him, Dozer and Rubies pups right now, finacilally or otherwise.
Getting Dozer trained is going to take enough work, trying to do so with 2, especially littermates is asking for stress and trouble.

as a side note i think he needs a much more dignified name than "lucky" so im taking suggestions.

That is an incredible story!

I would say he's not just lucky, he's a miracle!

Wish we had the room, and lived closer. Hope he gets the home he deserves!

stupid craigslist..
someone keeps flagging my add, grrr...

im asking a $50 fee for a puppy whos been through hell and needs a good home...
in the add i included that he was taken from a hoarder situation, got a very rough start to life and needs a good indoor home, preferably with gentle kids and an experienced owner. he should be an indoor family dog but needs a big yard and lots of excersize.

i also included hes up to date on shots, been dewormed and defleaed and the vet says he can find his forever family...

what part of that is breaking craigslist rules?
the fee is under $100 (alot less than most ive seen) its 1 puppy, from a rescue situation...i dont get why people feel the need to flag an add like that.

i mean if i wanted $200+ for him, or had 7 of them looking for a home because i let mommy get prgnant, id understand...
but im just asking $50 to cover what i had to contribute in vet care and help ensure hes going to somene whos not just gonna get bored and toss him when the cute factor wears off...
im even sending him home with a couple cans of wet food and a bag of dry food, his harness a blankie and some toys...
grr...i just keep posting.

got 2 emails last night about him, hoping t hear back soon from them and hopefully get him into a good home asap.

unfrotunatly Dozer is quickly reverting to litter mode, hes not all too interested in me right now (cant blame him) or focusing on any gkinf of training work (he had come and sit down yesterday morning...but today i take him out to play and do some fun excersizeswith him and he runs back to the playpen and cries...
i take "trooper" (as ive been calling him) out to see if theyll actually play and they both just sit there and stare at me like im mad and start crying to go back in the play pen.

trooper is VERY sweet, but a little shy right now (hes been through alot) and i dont think either him or Dozer are going to thrive while they have each other to revert into...
