What's that old saying? Good fences make for good neighbors. :) I would love to be able to afford a good fence around at least the front 2 acres.

oh im a BIG fan of fences...lol, i just hate having to try and push forward a project because someone else is irresponsible...
oh well...

i priced up the barn itself, for a 36x48 metal "pole barn" how i want it its gonna be about $10K, that doesnt include site prep or putting in any interior dividing walls ect...
id need a dozer to come in to level the site even if i decided to go bare ground for it too...plus the fencing to put in the paddocks lol.
1 good lottery win, thats all i ask...come on publishers clearing house, show up on my doorstep with a nice big ole check please lol.
doesnt even have to be a million...your $250,000 would be awesome, heck $100,000 would be amazing...

its such a lovely night out...the stars are out, theres lots of peeping going on, im assuming spring peepers, its definatly froggy rather than cricket in tone, such a sweet sound.

dozer and willow are having playtime...which primarly involves dozer nomming on willow while she bites his ears.

I also borrowed $45 from momma and ordered dozers new crate...the 32" crate WBF lent us is now officially too small...he can lay in it if he realy curls up tight, but when he tries to lay normally his buts up the back and his head is pressed against the door...so his new crate should be here next week, i ordered him the 42" which should work for him for the rest of his life...the 48" is big enough for a great dane...i dont think he'll be dane sized lol, 42" is made for goldens, labs, am-bulldogs ect so it should be good for him :)
momma says i can pay her back "whenever" so "no rush" but i hate holding a debt so ill pay her back asap.

oh well, i think its time to head to bed.

i know right...i see him every day soi dont realy notice how big hes getting, but judging by how quickly hes growing out of crates he must be huge compared to how i see him LOL.

todays plan doesnt involve much...it WANTS to rain...not sure if its going to but theres alot of moisture in the are and the wind kicks up every so often...covered the babbits just in case, because of the position of the big buns hutches they dont get the rain like the babbits do when the wind kicks in with the rain.
will probably try and get that bathroom door finnished in terms of paint today...at least on the hallway side...

but otherwise...gonna be a quiet day.

The sun found its way up here today - went outside a bit ago to find Ice Cream sun bathing, and decided to join her for a bit

Ahh, warm sun, and the smell of cow poo hanging in the air: What could be better?! :gig

Same here! I think someone was spreading cow manure today. Smelled it as I was coming home from the farm past empty fields.
