yup Bonnie whent home.
got all 6 ducks right now, 4 adult hens, 1 adult drake, 1 young hen.
and all 3 geese are still available but the embden isn't acting right...hes eating but doesn't seem to be able to stand up, so im not sure whats going o there... :/the 2 poms are great so I don't thin itssomething theygot into, but yeah.
I know I know, bad girl on the weed wacking...but theres only so much weeds the electric fence can burn through lol.
tomorrow Glory goes back to E, but im going to try and do some work on my Halloween costume so will be doing some ice alternating...
Weds me and Tallie are at our first puppy class, im hoping were at kest a step or 2 ahead LOL, she seems to have figured out "down" command LOL, sits not a problem...stay/wait is gonna be interesting...hs pretty good at coming when called though If theres treats LOL!
then thurs is my ortho appointment, ill have a better idea at that point about whats going on/longer term prognosis.

If the ducks aren't gone yet, consider them sold. I want them. Hubs LOVES the Runners. Maybe when this rain stops I can get out there and get them...and mom's gourd! What feed have you had them on?

I have them on layer and all the bugs and weed sthey want right now, they could probably do with some increase of protein as the bug start to decreae with the cooler weather though.
side note...
tday wrked some on my Halloween costume, almost done with the bottom half, then ive got a ob making the tail and fixing my ears. (fox), but least theres no sewing involved in either of those...
id say another 2 hours n the bottom and that part will be done, but my arm just couldn't take the combing and sewing...I mae the :fur" with yan, you take strands and tie ito bunches then comb out and straighten...takes forever but looks as close to real as you can get without using real fur.
with the bottom each tuft has to be sewn onto the skirt..."with the til they just get tied and combed so its not quite as intense but I need alot more tufts lol.
then I had to cut up 10lbs of chicn 1/4's for the dogs.
got another 10lb bag to chop but my am is saying screw you.
tomorrow morning im going to make attempts at sexing the A&M's, I know ive got an extra male in 1 brown pen...need to make butchering plans...
and of course more work on the Halloween costume...nd then off up to Jackson for the training class

oh and didn't mention...
whn thy too me off my Depo I gined 20lbs...since being put back on I lost 10 of those but im till 170...id lie to drop 10-15lbs and eem to be stuck so back to keeping track...today was a normal eating day and im 30 cals under my "goal" so im thining its the lack of excersize that's the issue...
so back on the wagon...wii fit (walking locally isn't an option at a 55mph road with no sidewalks) yoga and I found out there a zumba class in Henderson for $5 a class so im going to try and budget in 1 class a week. I figue I need to budget $35 month to cover 4 classes and gas there and back...not too bad, and if they ducks go to their new home itll cut a bag of layer a month from the budget.
I need to find someone to process the smaller of the 2 pigs for me, got to figure out the cuts..., which will half the pig feed bill too, npt that they are expensive to feed, but I don't need to 2 pigs and sage is quite happy hanging with the goats.
and once I process some bunnies that shouldalso help a little.

pleas keep the finge crossed might have a home for littleginger kitten, trying to arrange pick up but Fridays the soonest they can come, I hatewaiting, gives peoplea chance to change their minds LOL!
he NEEDS to go to his ew home.
lost the embden goose today, dunno what happens he had trouble walking a few days aog, the next day he had troupe standing the following day he got himself in his house and couldn't stand at all and tody he passed...he ate his beakfast and had adrink this moring (put bowls right infront of him) I cant get him out right now cause its a slippy mess and with my hand out of commission im scrwed if I fall...I feel so bad...nd so frustrated, dunno what happened, the 2 pom girls are doing fine though which is even more frustrating...
there soothing in their pasture that's poisonous and the weeds on the other side of the fence are out of reach...so odd...
anywho, trying not to dwell...
got all tallies stuff together except a copy of her vac record....gonna make a cpy so don't loose her original...
hand is gonna make this a ittle more challenging...giving it an ice break ight now but will be leaving here soon...classis at 7, I want to try and get her nails done before hand, and give her a chance to have a look/sniff round, plus its an hour away and its "rush hour" (which compared to the NE is adorable...but roads are wet and people are idiots...at worst I can stop in tsc if were super early and let he look round there a bit too.
the guywere working with is not just a petsmart trainer...hes an akc certified Canine good citizen evaluater, which means he took additional courses outside of petsmart to teach and evaluate for the CGC, which is why chose his classrather than the othe guys, they also offer full satisfaction, if she doesn't "pass" or im just not hapy we canrepeat the course no charge...trying to set up the best chance and CGC is a goal for passing later so....the SA nerves are starting to kick in though..tummies making unhappy cramps, and I know if idont leave soon itll just get harder.
so time to check the email the ill probably head out. can get something fast for dinner in town, lvestocks taken care of for the night...so yeha...

well as if the past few days haven't bee stressfull enough...
got to Jackson and tallie puked in the car, spent the etire eveing bringing up little bits of bile an being overly quiet, woudt even take treats.
im thinking the chicke is a little on the ripe side, but the 2 little dogs are fine...iknow she got into poop of the chicken kind earlier too...
it proably nothing but the worrywartin me is always terrified of blockage especially in into everything little puppies and especially those who like to get ito everything
but theres no distension fthe abdominal cavity so no signs of bloat, not feeling anything odd in the intestins (and shes sim enough coud get a pretty good palpation...and no obvous pain or discomfort to the touch. gums and eye membranes look good...
gah, after all this...please sendout feelbetter vibes and prayersfor my lil Tallie, I cant handle a sick pup ontop of everything right now.
RELAY hopig its ome none too frsh chicken (y own fault had a hard time choppingit so it didn't get froxen as quick as usual...
shes getting no supper tonight and well see how shes feeling in he morning itll probably be an egg and yogurt day...
